With the three product groups, moulded elastomer parts, composite elastomer parts, and free-form application technology, we have the correct solution at hand in almost any field of application.

We serve markets such as automobiles, food, industry in general and medical technology. Large production runs of several million units per year as well as small production runs of 1,000 parts and fewer are realised. Always with the suitable manufacturing concept to be able to prevail in the market with the most competitive price.

The core competence of R.E.T. is elastomer processing and particularly the composite as a hard/soft component, i.e. in connection with metal or plastics, and a very good adhesive bond between these materials. The hard component can be steel or light metal, or equally well plastics such as thermoplastics or thermosetting plastics. Other materials are possible.
Wherever it is technically and economically possible we use 2-component technology for plastics. Many elastomers can be considered as the soft component;  recently the silicone material has established itself more and more, since it has outstanding technical properties, as well as undergoing a good bond with other materials. Moreover, silicone is also approved for many applications (food, medical field) and is attractively priced.
